Note: The primary mode of learning for this programme is via live online sessions with faculty members. Recording from live sessions will be available only to the absentees (On-request) till seven days after the live session is conducted, based on the discretion of the programme Directors / Faculty.
Executive Programme in Leadership & Management Certificate
IIM Calcutta shall carry out the examination and evaluation required for certification. IIM Calcutta will directly award a certificate to participants who complete the Programme successfully. Giving feedback is an integral part of the completion requirements of the Programme. Campus attendance is mandatory for all participants.
To successfully complete the programme, participants will require (a) an overall attendance of at least 75% and (b) obtain no more than two "Poor" grades in the whole Programme. IIM Calcutta will award a certificate of successful completion to participants who complete the Programme successfully. Participants with requisite attendance but with more than two "Poor" grades will receive a certificate of participation. Failure to take an examination will result in the participant getting an "incomplete" status, and no certification will be awarded to the participant. Also, a participant without requisite attendance (of at least 75%) will not be awarded any certificate.

Capstone Project
The programme includes a group project. Participants will take up a real-life management problem of their interest. There would be interim discussions on the project. Project component will be an opportunity to apply the classroom insights and learnings. Project presentations would be organised towards the end of the programme during Campus Immersion.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive the prestigious IIM Calcutta Executive Education Alumni Status.

LDP participants who complete the programme successfully become the Alumni of IIMC Executive Education, which currently has over 30000 members.
LDP Alumni are given an email-id in the IIM Calcutta domain.
LDP Alumni can register in the IIM Calcutta Alumni portal either with this email-id or with their personal email-ids. The IIM Calcutta Alumni portal is a common platform for Alumni of all programmes of the Institute to interact with each other and stay connected with the Institute.
The Institute shares newsletters, important news and articles about the Institute and its activities, the achievements of the Institute's faculty, the portal.
Alumni can post their achievements, write about jobs or LIVE project opportunities for other alumni to see.

All the contents of the course would be made available to students at the commencement of the course. However, to ensure the programme delivers the desired learning outcomes, the students may appoint Emeritus to manage the delivery of the programme in a cohort-based manner during the course period the cost of which is already included in the overall Course fee of the course.
