The IIM Calcutta Executive Programme in Human Resource Management, also known as EPHRM, is a one-year online certificate programme offered by the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta in partnership with Emeritus. Now in its 17th batch, the programme is built for working professionals who want to move beyond operational HR and develop the strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities that modern people management demands.
The programme takes a customer-oriented approach to human resource management, equipping participants to handle HRM challenges at both the organisational and employee level. It covers the full spectrum of HR practice, from recruitment, compensation, and performance management to strategic HRM, talent management, HR analytics, organisational behaviour, and the growing role of Generative AI and agentic AI in HR functions.
Delivered through live online sessions every Saturday from 6:45 PM to 9:45 PM, the EPHRM requires approximately three hours of live learning per week, with an additional commitment for assignments and group projects. The programme also includes a six-day campus immersion at the IIM Calcutta campus in Joka, Kolkata, which is mandatory for successful completion.
The programme fee for the IIM Calcutta Executive Programme in Human Resource Management is Rs. 3,66,000 plus GST and processing charges, with flexible EMI options available. Participants who successfully complete the programme receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Calcutta and the IIM Calcutta Executive Education Alumni Status.

Flexible EMI options are available, with repayment tenures of up to 48 months.
