The programme curriculum includes individual assignments, simulations, group projects & presentations to apply and demonstrate classroom learnings.

The capstone project provides participants with the opportunity to apply the learnings from the programme to a comprehensive case study
Informed by real-world projects, participants apply learnings from all modules to successfully implement the project from conception to completion
The capstone project would require participants to work on their own for about 18 hours, divided over three sub-modules

Unfortunately, there is little shared understanding of PMO challenges. The AtekPC Project Management Office case study presents one company's efforts to implement a PMO, and the challenges they faced in doing so.
Integrated Project Delivery at Autodesk, Inc. by Amy C. Edmondson &Faaiza Rashid
In 2008, Autodesk, Inc,. decided to engage in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) for the design and construction of its new headquarters. This case study describes Autodesk's engagement in the IPD-a new model of risk management, inter-firm teamwork, and multi-objective optimisation in building projects.

Successful completion of the programme will require a participant to
(a) have at least 75% overall attendance in the programmes and
(b) obtain no more than two ‘Poor’ grades for the whole programme.
IIM Calcutta will award a certificate of successful completion to participants who complete the programme successfully. Participants with the requisite attendance but with more than two ‘Poor’ grades will receive a certificate of participation. Failure to take an examination will result in the participant getting an ‘incomplete’ status, and no certificate will be awarded to the participant
